Electrical compatibility over the years

So I am needing to replace the master controller in the driver side door, but the local junkyard does not have a 99. What other years will be compatible? Additionally, what years are compatible with a 94 as well? Electrical is not my cup of tea. Thanks for all the help. :us:

Try looking at Rock Auto for both years and see if they use the same part.
