Wonderfull Burning Smell

after a long cruse in my 2000 i get out and it smells like burning clutch or brakes. Its a automatic by the way. Pretty strong could it be the breaks sticking or something else? let me know what you guys think

Yep, sure could be the brakes sticking.
Get all four wheels off the ground and see which one is hard to turn. If they are all the same & pretty easy, not your problem.

Engine oil leaking out of the rear of the oil pan, or the rear main seal, and then dripping on
the hot exhaust crossover pipe. Just a guess.

how old is the catalytic converter? have you noticed a loss of power lately?

Brakes (and Clutches) always smell the same, like hot brakes.

What have you done so far to inspect for the source of the problem ?

good guess it actually happens a little bit, but smells completely different then what im smelling!

The cat is OE came with the jeep back in 2000, and i guess my jeep isn't as powerful as it used to be but then again its lifted with larger tires.

Nothing really besides checking my fluids, all fluids have been replaced except for the transmission.
