Transmission mount madness, please help!!

2001 Cherokee XJ, AW4 and 4.0 equipped.-

I would like to change to a polyurethane transmission mount.-

Currently it has:

Centered bolts in the stock rubber mount, on the crossmember side as well as in the trannsmision side.-

Crossmember with only 4 holes where the mount goes (middle section)

What would be the polyurethane part number?

Why would you want a polyurethane mount rather than duralast? Smooth and durable vs rough and admittedly durable.

running a poly trans mount without changing the motor mounts to poly you risk cracking your bellhousing.
