Hello all,
For quite some time now, I've been trying to figure out this noise. It's like a popping/clunk noise going over defined bumps. It sounds like it's coming from the left corner of the Jeep. The lift, shocks, control arms/bushings are about 1.5yrs old.
95 XJ
6.5" RC short arm lift
SYE
Adj. LCA's & UCA's & Trackbar
RC Nitro shocks
I've replaced/fixed:
Trackbar axle bushing
Trackbar rod end
Balljoints
Drag link
Tie rod
Sway bar bushings
Welded trackbar bracket to "frame"
Greased control arms
Checked for movement in steering box
Checked steering shaft
