Bad idle after fixing fuel reail qd leak?

I replaces the o-rings on all my injectors to try to smooth the idle and improve milage (hopefully. After I put it back together last night I test drove it and it ran much stronger. I statred it this morning and as I'm driving I notice a fuel smell, I checked it out and the quick disconnect on the return side hose I aparrently damaged the o-ring re-connecting it. After replacing the o-ring it dosn't leak but the truck has a very rough idle, revs and drives fine as lung as I'm not sitting still. Any idea what might cause this? All I touched was the fuel return hose.

dislodge a vacuum line?

That was it, I checked the obvious ones before posting but went out and rechecked and it was the line from the MAP sensor but at the other end. Thanks.
