Starter wire mounting tab

I'm wiring my starter back up and there is a tab that helps route and secure the wires. I have no idea where that tab mounts..it has a good size 3/8 hole... anyone know exactly where to mount it?

it was under the motor mount but there is a boss opposite of the oil filer, same thread size and i did it there so oil wont drip on the wires when I change the filter.
