Volunteer Signups - Registration

Like the title says we need volunteers to work the registration table at the event. I have broken the slots up into one hour increments but feel free to sign up for more than one

I would like to have two working the table at all times but may not be necessary. I would also like to have an alternate that can help out if we are slammed or if another volunteer needs to fix their jeep for the next days run.

I ask that you check in at the beginning of each time slot you sign up including alternates. If everything is covered then your obligation is fulfilled.

This is a great way to quickly get to know everyone too! Can't wait to see you all out there.

Ahhh, that's much better.

Per the suggestion of someone definitely older and apparently wiser than I am, I have changed the evening times into 2 hour blocks. Again if you can volunteer for the entire night it is very much appreciated.

I fully plan on helping with registration table time. I just can't commit to when because I don't know where I will be every day yet.

I don't think this is the best place for your volunteer post. The only people looking in here are already doing something. Post up in the regular event forum, and in the members forum and you'll get more response.

BTW, put me down for 3-7 on Monday. I'll also be around to fill in as needed.

Go ahead and put me down for one of the Thursday evening slots at the S&S.

Put me down on a 5-7 or 7-9 slot Monday or Tuesday.

I can help out the whole night on Monday and I will help out every morning if needed. Then I can help out on Tuesday night and Wednesday Night depending on what time I get back from the trail.
