Drum brake help

So I was replacing my brakes in the rear as soon as I took off the drum tge adjusters fell out of both sides I have the cable routed right but its like there is supposed to be another spring to hold the tab that ties into the adjuster gear please help

Always post the year, etc.

You may need a new brake hardware kit, your local NAPA should have it in stock.

Simple, but pricey solution.. swap to disc brakes.
But what Joe peters said.

I watched the video and it was showing a different style clip for the adjuster I thought about going to disc brakes but I'm doing the 8.8 swap over the winter I just got to get by for now it's a 93 by the way
