OEM Front Skid Plate Removal

The 3 studs on the front are spinning on me....any advice to get them out. They are soaking in PB plaster at the moment. Thought about just hitting it with the grinder and popping them off.

If I remember correctly they have the u-clamp looking nuts that slip over the cross member and the bolts thread into them. Most likely the clamps have cracked and the nut part is just spinning. Like Nick said, grind them off!
 
All the PB in the world isn't going to make those bolts come out unless you reach under there with some vise grips or pliers and grab the other end.
