started with a free 86 4cyl auto MJ
replaced the rusty doors with a 98 xj.
then lifted the front and trimmed the fenders to make room for some 38" tires.
removed the 4 cyl engine, to make room for an older 350 crate motor, convertered to TBI
removed the bed, and started cutting and welding, drilled all the spot welds out and moved the spring hangers forwards, used reverse mounted XJ springs to move the axle back, and cut the frame off short, then started welding some tubing together.
decided I wanted something that would stand out, in the pack, I grafted a chrysler turbo bulge to the stock mj hood, and made it functional,
after some quick (half assed) body work, I decided to go with a subtle paint scheme, going to have a lime green cage, and wheels when its done.
