AC drip

Hot and humid in Houston this week and I am seeing water drops on the passenger floor when I crank the AC. Nice and clear drops and only when the AC is running so it appears that the drain is plugged. Problem is I can't figure out where the drain is. Any guidance would be appreciated

Out in the engine bay, below the blower motor, is a rubber tube that runs down around the frame rail. The bottom looks like the outlet on a Whoopee cushion. Squeeze it on the long sides and I bet you get a bath of stinky water.
