Do I need a new ring and pinion?

In my rear D44, my crosspin broke. I run a Loc-Right lunchbox locker, and the crosspin was sheared. The carrier is toasted and needs replacement.

There is some damage to my pinion gear for sure, and maybe my ring gear as well? The damage on the pinion seems to have matching "marks" on the ring gear.

My question, can I still run this ring and pinion set:

^ I agree with that.

I doubt it's gonna toast with the marks that close to the tips of the teeth, the contact pattern is pretty far from there.

There's damage into the contact pattern, I'd replace it.
