94 steering column disassembly?

My dad's 94 has issues with the front windshield sprayer and it looks like it's the stalk on the column or the wiring in the column but for the life of me I can't figure out how to disassemble it. Does anyone have either directions or a scan (pic?) of the 94 fsm page that talks about that that they can send me? Btw, its the sport version (found out so far that it appears that there is more than one option/version for disassembly depending on version).
