Needing Lift Advise!

Hello all! New to the association. Just got a 89 Cherokee Laredo wanting to put 33 12.50's under it with little to no fender mod. Have been looking and reading on soo many different lifts. So far I'm leaning to 6.5 Rough Country lift...but some 4.5 lifts claim 33'' with no fender mods. Help!

Is there any reason you don't want to trim the fenders?

I think a 5.5" and proper bumpstops would get you in the right direction. I'm not 100% sure though, because every rig I've own has met my cutoff wheel.
