Anyone found replacement bushings for the factory tire carrier?

I've tried the dealership, knowing it would be a long shot. The upper bushing is pretty wore out, and the bottom one is not there. I've thought about having a machine shop and having some brass ones made. There is a guy making replacement door bushings for the Wranglers out of Delrin, thought about having him make me some. Or I've also thought about modifying it and using heims instead.

Any ideas, recommendations?
