The 3.5" SuperRide lift is under-spec'd in my experience (mine yielded almost 5" initially), but I absolutely love my Bilstein 5100s (the ones they recommend for 4" of lift). The RE springs have a pretty damn aggressive rate, so you will want aggressively valved shocks (their 3.5" coils have almost twice the spring rate of their 4.5" coils IIRC).

So actually how many inches is the RE 3.5 lift with bilstein 5100 shocks?

The shocks won't affect the lift height.
RE typically runs about an inch taller than the advertised height.
