Need Bump Stops (Front & Rear)

Ok so after everything i have done to my XJ i am going to need bump stops (Front & Rear) now before i do any serous roading. I know there is a few threads about bump stops but they require welding and i don't have a welder. But maybe it would be cheaper to custom make the rear at least and pay someone to weld up an extended plate on top of the leaf spring U bolt plate with a support on top of the axle tube.

What works for your Jeep and what manufacture/part numbers do you have to make it easy?

I used a piece of 1/8" x 1.5" box tubing between the unibody and the stock rear bump, and two or 3 hockey pucks thru bolted to the front spring cup. Cheap and works great

For front.... Hockey pucks.

For rear.... Up country bump stops on the frame, Currie bolt on stops on axle w/hockey pucks.
