Camshaft Issues

Hey guys I'm looking for some insight as I am rebuilding my 4.0l out of my 99 and my original cam is shot. The problem I am having is finding a cam for it. Since I have to buy a new one I would like a cam that would perform better then stock, but the only mod to the motor is a .030" bore and then just exhaust and intake (and a thinner head gasket). No head work is going to be done. So if there is a performance cam out their for my late model is it even worth it?
