Crawl Schedule of Events

Here is a basic rundown of how Friday and Saturday will go.

Thursday:

Check in once we get there - High2by has everyones registration packets
Night Ride - led by Ghost later in the evening

Friday:

9:00-9:15 gather for the drivers meeting
9:15-9:30 driver/safety meeting
9:30 first group heads up mountain
10:00 last group goes up the mountain
10:00-4:30 wheeling
5:00 back at camp
7:00 pot luck dinner
8:30 fireworks - burn ban in effect so there will probably not be any fireworks
??? Nightride - if there is interest and everyone who wants to go is sober


Saturday:

9:00-9:15 gather for drivers meeting
9:15-9:30 driver/safety meeting
9:30 first group heads up the mountain
10:00 last group heads up the mountain
10:30 to 4:00 wheeling
4:30 back in camp
6:30 catered deal
7:15 awards
7:30 raffle

what about beer drinking? oh yeah, thats anytime before 9AM and anytime after 4:30pm.

Well, maybe not before 9 since you are setting on on a day on the trails, but yeah, after 4:30 for sure.

I have one planned but the night we do it is still up in the air. When will you be there?

Ok if you miss the Thursday one if enough want to go after pot luck I'll do one then too.

Added a possible nightride to the Friday night calendar.

Guys/gals - please don't be drinking prior to the nightrides if you plan on going on one. I don't need any bad news or wrecked XJ's to deal with this year. I want everyone to have a safe and fun time.

X2. Want everybody to be able to go home again come the end of the weekend.

If anyone has been drinking, you can ride with me. No drinking on the trail though. I don't want alcohol all over my interior..
