BAD HUB BEARING?

Just started getting a noise from end .sounds like metallic noise or like loose ball bearings hitting together.Could it be bad hub bearing?

easiest way to tell is jack it up and spin the tires by hand.

just where the sound is coming from. also see if anything is loose of metal to metal contact

had the same issue but also had bad u-joints as well. Did both hubs in about 2 hrs (taking my time). Bad hub will sound like gravel like if the u-joints are bad they will squeak when turning.
