Tire rotations with a different spare

I want to rotate all 5 of my tires to get even wear, if they are all the same size/load (4 General Grabber AT2's, and 1 BFG AT) is it wise to rotate the BFG into the loop? These tires are virtually identical, but Im not sure if it should be done. PS: They are all less than 3,000 miles.

tires must be same circumference. measure with a string all the war around the two types of tires and compare. on a awd/4wd not more than 1/4 inch recoommended.
