Speedo gear question

I have been trying to help my cousin track down a speedo gear for his 99 XJ but haven't had very good luck. The dealer wanted $128 which I couldn't believe. The speedo shop I bought my last one from didn't have the right one and said he doesn't stock them anymore since the demand is so low and they are so expensive.

Anyone know where I can find some for a more affordable price than $128?

I believe these are made by Crown; I bought one on ebay with a new O ring for less than $50. A number of other places sell them, you just need to run the part number and shop around.
