besides going out and buying an aftermarket hub kit. is there any vehicle that has the parts to swap onto the dana 30 to make it have manual unlocking hubs.

You can weld on CJ inner C's and go that route
Also saw one thread where someone used bronco II hubs.
neither one seems worth the work though.

its a lot of work, and you end up having to get custom inner axles made.
why do you think you want locking hubs? its actually a step down in strength..

D44 and D30 use the same Ujoints. with the right parts and width, you can use 27 spline D30 inners, and 19 spline D44 outers.

youll gain width and change bolt pattern, a spacer in the rear can fix that.
