so i was looking into building a 1 ton steering like this
http://www.jcroffroad.com/mm5/merch...reen=PROD&Category_Code=S6&Product_Code=1TNST
but from what ive read the con to this set up is tie rod roll. so i got to thinking what if you took the this piece http://www.jcroffroad.com/mm5/merch...en=PROD&Category_Code=S6&Product_Code=ES2233L and instead of running it straight across to the other knuckle why not run it up to the pitman arm then run the tie rod from the drivers side to the tapered hole in that joint. so basicly the same concept as the stock steering. would that not work? the only thing i see might happen is the tre not be able to flex enough since the angle going up to the pitman arm. hope that made sence.
