I'm in the process of welding up some DIY beadlocks and want to make some anti-coning spacers but not sure how thick to make them. The tires are 35x12.5 with a .7" thick bead. For those with beadlocks with anti-coning spacers...do you remember how thick they are?

What's an anti coning spacer?

it keeps the inner edge of the beadlock ring from deforming as the bolts are tightened down.

I've usually seen the spacers be around 1/4" thinner than the bead thickness - so for a 3/4" bead, about a 3/8" - 1/2" thick anti-coning spacer.

Okay, good to know.
I've since found another post also referring to .5" thick spacers and this is what I'm going to go forward with.
