if it is an early 99 and the 91 is 4wd, yes they are compatible.
If the 91 is 2wd or the 99 is a late 99 (the ones with the taller hub ring around the axleshaft nut) they are different.
If the 91 is 2wd or the 99 is a late 99 (the ones with the taller hub ring around the axleshaft nut) they are different.

If you are not entirely sure of your 99's past history, check and measure both sides. My 99 came to me (at 144 k miles) with mismatched hubs. I got 120 thousand or so miles out of one composite and one cast style hub, with a pair of cast rotors. I now have both cast style hubs, kept the rotors, and it's working fine now, but I'm still not sure what it originally came with, or why it worked as well as it did before. (and yes, I have over 120 thousand miles on those rotors!)
