Electrical Problems

I have a 97 XJ Country, when I turn on the headlights, the rear wiper starts to run, and the turn signals wont work. When I turn off the headlights, the turn signals work and the rear wiper shuts off. Also, the electric door locks dont work at all, but the rear wiper cycles every time I try to lock the doors. The electric windows work fine. I think I might have lost a ground connection somewhere, and it's finding ground through the rear wiper. I have no idea where the ground is, any ideas?

I found out my electrical problem that caused all of the weirdness. The ground wire on the passenger side door module had 3 ohms to ground instead of 0 ohms. It goes to connector C9 in the main fuse block. I spliced a good ground to this black wire and all of the problems went away!
