Cross pin

wrecking yard is probably going to be your cheapest route, if they'll sell just the cross shaft. Most parts dealers sell the shaft as part of the gear set, (spiders, and shims) for about $130.
 
Is this for the stock carrier and spiders?

I had to replace the one in my no-slip because the installed ground down the pin instead of the ring gear teeth. If you can't get it straight from Richmond gear, try summit or jegs.
 
The newly released Spartan lockers for the 8.25 is supposed to come with a replacement hardened crosspin. Might be able to call Yukon and see if you can get just that piece from them.
