Engine info?

Never heard of them but a 7 year 100k mile warranty is pretty good. Only thing I don't like is they list that engine for 99-01 so where's the change over to the distributorless ignition and which head did they use? Also like the price for the prebuit 4.7 strokers they offer:

Looks great but still not sure. I was looking at the stroker....
I do believe that the change date was 99.
