National was dealing with Flores' shenanigans in things he'd been posting on the open national forums and essentially refusing to obey any rule or warning given to him. CO chapter BOD had no involvement in this.
FWIW...... the BOD did give him plenty of rope..... Flores tied the noose. It's like he's got bad behavior tourettes. But more likely just a large case of busted give-a-shit.
