Issue with belt tens. pulley

Hey all, Im in the middle of changing out my tensioner pulley on a 97 straight 6, and when I snug down the pulley it rubs on the power stearing bracket. Did something fall off and im not realizing it? I even tried to put the old one back on and its doing the same thing...Once tightened down It wont even turn because the back edge of the pulley touches the bracket its so bad.

nevermind...i apparently lost a spacer thats supposed to go behind the pulley...innovation got the better of me and i just used a few washers for now, least till i get a replacement.
