when i bought my jeep cherokee. somebody has already cut the fender out when they did the rears the cut to high and cut the unibody. any help full tip to fabricate and make it look better. ???????:hang:

low speed, low power.

tacking the two together is a bitch. your best bet is to use round rod, like 1/4" to start your pool and push it onto the quarter panel. this guy opened up his wheel well, but the process is the same:

my only experience is with flux core.

We really should keep Tech under Tech. I just thinking that National exposure gets more minds in on it. Body work has it's own sub forum which is pretty good.
