OME long travel shocks

The Search feature has rendered me dumbfounded. I think these forums lead to analysis paralysis...Then again if we all were millionares we could try everything once.:doh:

I have the RE 3.5 superflex kit just about installed on my 98 xj aw4 231.
(ass in the air, IRO track bar just arrived so now the front can rise)

Dirk @ DPG recomended the new OME long travel shocks. Yet a few searches said they are too long for the 3.5 kit.

Has anyone experiences severe coil un seating at full droop or anything else I should know about?

I think they would be a good option to leave room for a 4.5 growth in future.

IIRC, the OME long travel nitros came with my OME 3.5 package from DPG. Just spitballing here, perhaps the RE system flexes more (since you have the super flex instead of the super ride springs).
