'96 XJ, 4.0 Rough idle, lots of replacements

Hi there, my first post here on NAXJA, and boy, could I use some help. A few months ago, I got into some traffic and my engine temp came up near red line. Since then, I've been struggling to diagnose a rough idle and occasional misfire, though I haven't thrown a code in a while. Replacements/treatments since this development:

1) Spark plugs, wires, cap.
2) Seafoam into throttle body--seemed to help at first, then rough idle returned.
3) Replaced fuel filter after seafoam treatment.
4) Had fuel injectors professionally cleaned.
5) Noticed crack in exhaust manifold, welded that up. This has been the most significant improvement on the rough idle, though it does have a noticeable "shudder" at idle still.

I did a compression test the other day, dry results:
1-137
2-120
3-140
4-140
5-146
6-154

Wet, only did on a few:
1-152
2-130
3-152

Thoughts??? I'd really love to get this solved!!
