Lift kit Questions

I decided to give my 99 XJ a 3 inch lift because the factory rear leaf springs are shot. So my question is who would be the best and most reasonable supplier? So far I've looked at Rustys 3" kit and Zone. Also I don't do much off roading, my jeep is a daily driver and also use it for hunting so thats the reason I only want to do a 3" lift. I'm going to use stock wheels and tires on the vehicle now. Also what other parts might I have to buy, like transfercast drop kit, lower control arms?
