In what world can this continue to be pulled on people that actually selected their brands over other manufacturers?

This is sad. I knew some of the story, but this highlights even more than I was aware of.....

Dang that's a LONG read. No mention in there of Daimler-Shyster dealerships refusing warranty work on Jeeps that were "obviously used off-road" and therefore in a manner inconsistent with their design.... :mad:
