Need help PICS INSIDE!

I know this has been covered a million and 1 times but I want to make sure before I change my tranny oil. Im about to drain and fill with this oil and just wanted to make sure. Is this the correct fluid for my AW4 auto tranny? It has about 97k miles on it so far. The fluid just looks so thin to me and I just wanted some reassurance.
Please dont post if you dont know or are not sure. Thanks

I personally use the Blue Jug stuff (not the Max Life). But both work.

Whatever the house brand of DEX III (or whatever they're up to now...IV I think..) is.

That should work just fine for you.
