IIRC, they are in the process of making a lower cap. and higher cap. tq wrenches.
 
looks good... I'd prefer an American made one (hey, it keeps folks like me working and such, right?) but from the good folks over at the vw TDi forum report that you have a calibrating/service facility over in the Windy City. Better than nothing. Hmmm... I'd probably be interested in a set (ft lbs and in lbs). I'm sure I'll be kept up to date.
 
Inch-Pounds would be good. I'd consider buying one for gear setting (you need to track how much force it takes to turn the pinion, typically one uses a dial type torque wrench for this, a beam works in a pinch and a micrometer style will not work at all).
