Axle Trackbar mount repair

I've already drilled it out to 1/2" and don't really wanna fight going to a even larger bolt when it'll just wallow out again. It's the stock metal and I've jumped it off a dune (didnt' see it coming ^_^ ) I'm looking for someone good with a welder that can come up with a solution to help me.

I'm using the ironman4x4fab Xtreme trackbar if ya needed to know.

I have a garage so weather isn't too much a issue and a 20amp plug. (if it matters)

I must be tired or a idiot but looking at the website with my hole being 1/2" Should I buy the 1/2" part or would I be buying a 1/2" OD washer when I do that?? I figure I would need the 3/4" washer so it'll fit my 1/2" bolt yes?? If that's the case thanks JW for the link.

YOu would need a washer with .5" ID not OD
