Built some stuff today...

made some bump stop plates:

And made a track bar bracket brace. Its made from 1" .120.

Put a stinger on, I have some 1.25 DOM tubing ordered to add some side bracing to it.

I’m thinking of just a straight piece from the corner of the bumper to just below the middle section of each side of the hoop... any suggestions?
 
got anymore pics of your bumpstop plates? unless theres some 3d reinforcment on the bottom that i cannot see, they wont hold up... they'll bend down in no time... been there done that.

ive bent them, and i know others have.... i hate to rain on parades, but better to pull em again this weekend to reinforce, then to start over in a couple weeks. GO THICK for the reinforcment plate, maybe even doubled 1/4" gussets.
 
Also, it look like there are only 2 bolts/one U bolt holding them. That will make them even easier to bend. You need to use both U bolts.

He welded them to the U-bolt plate so all 4 support them... no matter, they will still bend.
