i just swapped my axle in my 87 Xj from a disconnect to a 93 non disconnect. im also installed the later brakes too. what is a good pad for street use and low speed crawling.i have been told ceramic is a waste in low speed crawling because there is not enought heat build up to make the ceramic work properly.

I put Black Magic pads on my XJ about a month ago. They are pretty impressive and stop well from a cold start. You can find a lot of info about them if you Google.
