The E-locker is a electric locker that is a simple 2 wire hook up. It works when you want it and is made by Eaton, the same company that makes the Detroit locker.
Also included is a complete set of 4340 name brand axles, and a set of Spicer 760x ujoints. These are rated at a higher breaking strength (proven on a test machine) then the other brands out there. The come with a lifetime warranty on axle breakage. No questions asked type warranty, if you break one. In 2+ yrs we have not seen a single axle returned for warranty.
