Jeep Cherokee electrics

Hi,

I just bought a 98 Jeep Cherokee (2.5L petrol, manual) and noticed some cable were unplugged.

I figured to two top ones are supposed to be plugged together for the engine light.

What about the bottom one?

The one with the green wire is for the AC accumulator, which you are missing. Don't know about the other yet
