difference on rear floor pans, 93-96 vs 90?

Hello. Can anyone tell me what is different on 93-96 cargo floor pan to a 1990 model. My jeep is 1990 XJ 4.0 limited. I need a new replacement floor because of rust and only pan what is easily available here is for the newer model. If its not big difference, its propably easy to make fit.?!

"Newer model" is generally '97+ and I don't think there was much, if any, difference to the cargo area in those.
