Bogging and bad starting

Okay so when i start my 95 XJ it either start real hard and cranks over for 4-5 seconds before it starts or sometimes it will start the first second you crank it over then it will bog till you clear it out? It bogs really bad when its hot out and i start it up then it will evntually clear out after about 2-3 mins of driving.

Ive replaced the plugs, plug wires, distributor, and rotor. i cant figure out what it is !:dunno:

i also just crested 200k miles on it.

Please help !
