Door/interior lights disableing "clip"????

I'd like to be able to leave my 96's doors open and play the stereo while camping without the interior lights staying on and draining the battery.

I keep reading about "$10 clips" that hold the switch on the doors closed, so the light doesn't come on.

Anyone know where to get them?

I'm tired of wedging a ROCK between the door and switch:gee:.
It's scratching the paint lol!

I just removed the switches. When I need interior lights I turn them on with the headlight switch.

Im not sure how it is on your 96 but on my 1990 I just unscrewed the switches. There should be a quick disconnect on them. Disconnect them and throw in the glove or something. There done no more lights witht he doors open. I did this for the doorless mod.
