Good Deal?

So it looks like for approx. $700 I can get the Rough Country 3" II kit with full leaf pack and upgrade to RC 2.2 shocks. Seem like a good deal? Are the shocks considerably better than the Nitro 9000 shocks?

The shocks are dressed up regular hydraulic absorbers. They are pretty soft in valving, have bumpstops, and mount can-up. The nitros will be a tad bit more stiffer.

So basically it's up to you. Do you like stiff or soft?
