I was hoping this might just be a loose fuel cap, but it came on again a tank later. The specifics are:

Any thoughts?

You have a gross emissions leak somewhere. Oftentimes, these codes pop and there are no symptoms.

Start by checking all VACUUM hoses and connections related to the emission system. Canister, solenoid, etc. These are primary suspects.

If you can't find this, many shops have a smoke machine, where they introduce smoke into the emissions system. Where it comes out is the root cause of your leak. Cost around $75 or so, but worth it if you can't find it yourself.

Good luck and let us know what you find!

x2, check out back by the charcoal canister. Check the purge solenoid on the passenger side firewall as well. Being a gross leak it should be pretty easy to find. Its the minor leaks that are a bitch.
