Water pump pulley seems to wobble?

Was adding my usual can of freon today and just noticed a new noise that looks like its coming from the water pump pulley. If you watch the edge while running you can see it just slightly wobbles intermittenly and makes a chirp sound. Does this mean a new water pump or is there something to do with the pulley, change? No running hot or leaks only have 136000 miles. 98 4.0 auto leaky a/c

Sounds like its time for a new water pump. My water pump did the dame thing,
noise and wobble. It never did leak but the noise indicated it was ready to cut
loose any time.
