question about a used Dana 30 lockrite locker

I have a few questions about purchasing a used Dana 30 lockrite locker...

1.) How much is it worth, if used and local?
2.) anything that I should look for?
3.) anything that breaks on these?
4.) what likes to wear out on these?

I paid 150 shipped 2 years ago. Inspect the paddles for excessive wear and check the springs over but I would just buy a new spring kit and use a new roll pin.

thank you... looks like the spring and pin kit is about $20
